  This petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action in FIR No.223 dated 17.09.2021, registered under Section(s) 336/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar Mohali. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Davinder Singh, submits that investigation in the present case is complete and the final report has already been filed on 24.08.2024. Now the case before the trial Court is fixed for 21.11.2025 for prosecution evidence and during the investigation two suspects namely Jyoti Dancer and Rajesh Malik were found to be innocent In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
