Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Baba Bakala Sahib, Amritsar (Rural) filed in the Court today, is taken on record. As per this reply, one Balwant Singh has given a complaint against Davinder Singh Rana, husband of the petitioner and while conducting the inquiry, a notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C. was given by SHO, Police Station Khilchian, Amritsar (Rural).
