Mr. Harjinder Singh, Advocate, for Mr. Pardeep Goyal, Advocate, for respondent No.3-Insurance Company.

**** SUDEEPTI SHARMA J. (ORAL) 1.

This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. Despite issuing notice by the Registry to the appellants as well as their counsel, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. The same was the situation even on the last date of hearing. It seems that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

2.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Liberty is reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive the appeal in case any cause of action survives.

4.

Respondent No.3-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Pardeep Goyal, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court.
