CRM-M-27132 of 2020 -2H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Case taken up through video conferencing.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukha Singh, states that a cancellation report has been prepared in the matter, which is to be filed in the Court after getting approval from SSP, Sangrur and for that reason, petitioners are not required to be arrested in this case, at this stage. On instructions of ASI Sukha Singh, Learned State counsel, further states that in case at any stage of proceedings, petitioners are required to be arrested in this case, then four days advance notice would be given to enable them to seek the remedy available to them, under the law.

In view of such statement made by the State counsel, all the three petitions have become infructuous and are dismissed accordingly.
