Complaint filed by the applicant/petitioner before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana is taken on record as Annexure P10. CRM-M-26083-2019 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for fair investigation in the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the purpose of redressal of his grievance, petitioner moved an application/complaint dated 01.05.2019 (Annexure P10) before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana and the same remained unattended till now.
