The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ or order in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 23.02.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.3. Further praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds. 2.
