-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.2 dated 11.1.2022 registered under Sections 307, 427, 120-B, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, District Batala.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter between the parties has been resolved and the petitioner has joined investigation with PUNEET CHAWLA 2022.10.12 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-28745-2022 the police in the light of previous order dated 8.7.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

The State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh has not controverted the aforesaid assertions made by the counsel for the petitioner.

The counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2/complainant has admitted the fact that parties have entered into compromise and that petition bearing CRM-M-16286-2022 for quashing of FIR on the basis of said compromise has also been filed. In view of the above as the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and the petitioner has joined investigation with the police, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 08.7.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
