At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with a prayer to withdraw the instant petition qua petitioner No.17Pinky. 2.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No.17-Pinky. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy raised in the present matter stands adjudicated by this Court vide order dated 17.03.2026 passed in CWP-7388-2022, titled Shiv Kumar and Others Vs State of Haryana and Others and other connected writ petitions.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition, qua remaining petitioners, is also disposed of in terms of CWP-7388-2022. 5.

All pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
