**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.92 dated 18.12.2006 registered under Sections 447, 427 and 511 of IPC at P.S. City South Moga, District Moga.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh, submits that upon completion of investigation a cancellation report stands presented before the Illaqa Magistrate which has even been accepted vide order dated 17.02.2024.

In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
