Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad idem that the petitioners would continue to pay the electricity charges as per the consumption. Further, the petitioners would also deposit the entire maintenance charges in the Court within 10 days of raising the demand by the respondents. 50% of the said amount would be released to the respondents thereafter and 50% amount would be invested in an FDR in a nationalized bank, which would remain with the Court till the decision of the civil suit. The said exercise would be carried out every month diligently by the petitioners. In case there is any default on the part of the petitioners, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed. 2.

Present revision petition is disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
