(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.27 dated 02.03.2017 under Sections 323/324/326/506/34 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Kathunangal, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 11, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 11, 2018 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
