This petition has been filed challenging order dated 08.01.2013 whereby maintenance at the rate of `5,000/- per month to be paid to respondents No.1 and 2 has been assessed by the learned District Judge (Family Court), Hisar as well as order 17.01.2015 vide which the petitioner has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for twelve (12) months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. It has been decided that a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 shall be filed and a total sum of `7,00,000/- shall be handed over to the respondent-wife. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
