 This petition filed by daily wagers seeks regularization of their services.

On the last date i.e. 16.07.2025, this Court had directed the petitioners to seek instructions, in the back drop of the statement made by State counsel that cause raised herein has become infructuous since all the petitioners except petitioners No. 2, 5, 8 and 13 have been regularized. 3.

Shri Rahul Rathore, Advocate, who appeared for the petitioners virtually, pleads no instructions on behalf of all petitioners including petitioners No. 2,5, 8 and 13.

Since the matter is about 20 years old, it would be appropriate that the same be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners No. 2, 5, 8 and 13 and other petitioners, if any, whose services have not been regularized, to revisit this Court in case their grievance continues to remain unredressed. 5.
