*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks extension of parole for three months in FIR No.8, dated 02.02.2010, under Sections 302, 307, 148 & 149 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Acts, 1959, registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur.

Learned State counsel has placed on record medical report and verified the medical condition of the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner has been advised Bypass Surgery. 3.

In view of the same, the parole already granted to the petitioner is extended till 08.09.2023. The petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities/trial Court concerned on 09.09.2023 at 11.00 am. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
