Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner seeks only two effective opportunities to lead his entire evidence at his own responsibility and undertakes that till the decision of the case he will regularly continue to pay the maintenance @ Rs.35,000/- p.m.. I find this to be a fair submission. In the circumstances, the petition is allowed in the above terms. The parties through counsel are directed to appear before the Court on 18.01.2016. The Court is directed to give the petitioner two effective opportunities to lead his entire evidence at his own responsibility.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Since the main case has been decided, the pending criminal miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
