Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Singh, states that already there was an FIR No.55, dated 27.05.2023, under Sections 363, 366 of IPC, registered at P.S. Dhariwal, Distt. Gurdaspur, against petitioner No.2 - Gurpreet Singh.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy available to the them under the law.
