RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct fair, impartial and transparent investigation in case FIR No.0005, dated 15.01.2021, under Sections 304-B & 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR in this case has been registered on 15.01.2021 and till then accused persons have not been arrested.

Issue notice of motion.
