**** SUDEEPTI SHARMA J. (ORAL) This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2006. As per office report, notices issued to the appellants received back unserved with the report that they are not residing at the given address, whereas, notice issued to respondent No.1 received back unserved with the report that Jalandhar Transport Company was existed 15-20 years ago, now no company exists in the name of Jalandhar Transport Company at the given address and on inquired about Dilbagh Singh from locality, the Process Server submitted in his report that they don't have any information about him.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 2.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Liberty is reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive the appeal in case any cause of action survives. 4.

Respondent No.3-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Manu Loona, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court. 5.
