(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the letter dated 02.07.2022 (Annexure P-5) issued by respondent No.3, whereby the PGIMER has refused to handover the dead body of the father of the petitioner; along with certain other prayers.
Pursuant to the previous order passed by this court; the body of the deceased father of the petitioner has since been cremated as per the applicable religious rites, without any untoward incident. RAJ KUMAR 2022.07.23 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No.14277 of 2022 -2The report of the PGI, received in sealed cover shows that post-mortem has been conducted.
