The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the interim order dated 06.11.2019 (Annexure P-1), passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Patiala, during the pendency of the execution application.

It has been informed that vide order dated 14.08.2025, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Patiala, the execution application filed on behalf of the decree holder has been dismissed in default. Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, in case the execution application is restored by the learned Additional District Judge, Patiala, the petitioner is at liberty to file SIMRANDEEP KAUR 2026.05.25 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
