RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that complainant-Bank is ready to accept the bank draft already deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court. Therefore, the instant petition may be disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to hand over the bank draft already deposited by the petitioner, to respondents-Bank against proper receipt and acknowledgment and impugned complaint bearing No. 551 dated 29.08.2016 (Annexure P-4) under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
