(Oral) [1] This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent No.4 to refund the amount of Rs.8,69,004/- paid by the petitioner-company for the period from 2012-13 till 2017-18 and not to recover the amount as mentioned in the demand notices dated 08.10.2018 and 08.01.2019. Further prayer is to quash the demand notices dated 08.10.2018 and 08.01.2019.

[2] Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the matter has been settled with the respondents.
