(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that statement of detenueRohita under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded on 29.12.2014 wherein she has stated that she was never kidnapped by any one and has gone with Nasru as per her free will and wants to live with him. In view of the statement made by detenue, nothing remains in the present writ petition.
