Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now, no order causing prejudice to the petitioner-Management has been passed for implementing the exparte award dated 20.02.2015 (Annexure P/1), which according to the petitioner cannot be executed at this stage hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner-Management to approach the authorities concerned for considering his objections that whether the exparte award dated 20.02.2015 (Annexure P/1) could be implemented at this stage or not.
