On the last date of hearing, since, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant as well as respondent No.1, therefore, Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant, respondent No.1 as well as their counsel for the next date of hearing.

As per report of the Registry, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that appellant has since expired, whereas, notice issued to respondent No.1 has not been received back either served or otherwise.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant as well as respondent No.1.

Respondent No.2-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Vinod Gupta, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court.
