RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J . (Oral) Reply filed by way of affidavit dated 04.11.2015 of Sh. Gurmeet Singh, DSP, Sub Division, Fazilka District Fazilka is taken on record.

Learned state counsel while referring to the averments made in para No.3 of the affidavit filed today, submits that the instant petition does not survive any further. He also refers to the statement of the petitioner at Annexure R.1 as well as that of the alleged detenue, namely, Krishan Kumar at Annexure R.2 to contend that the present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
