Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking protection as the petitioners apprehend threat to their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that respondent No.4 is the son of petitioner No.2 and is living in the same house and is threatening the petitioners.

From the pleadings, it transpires that this is a family dispute, which is being turned into the allegations of threat to life and liberty. Nothing has been mentioned, as to how, or on what account the petitioners are facing threat at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7. Prima facie, as per the averments made in the petition, petitioner No.2 intends to get the premises vacated from respondents No.4 to 7 and the present petition has been filed to achieve the said motive, which is not permissible.
