(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh, has submitted that the alleged detenue Janem daughter of petitionerMohmmad Sunny has since been recovered and was produced before the learned SDJM, Jagraon on 9.8.2015 where she has made statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate showing her inclination to go along with her parents including present petitioner and on the basis of orders of the Court of even date, she has accompanied her parents.
