Present petition has been entertained on the basis of application received from the petitioner seeking his premature release.

Learned State counsel seeks to place on record status report of Deepak Sharma, Superintendent, District Jail, Faridabad. Prayer is accepted. Status report is taken on record. Referring to same, he submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as petitioner has already been released on 11.12.2015. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
