Jaspal Singh, J Through the instant petition moved under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought for a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing order dated April 15, 2010 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.2 - Director, Government of Haryana, Technical Education Department, by which, respondent - department has rejected the claim of pension of petitioners as well as for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant pension to the petitioners from the date of retirement till its payment, alongwith interest @ 24% per annum . Identical issue came up for hearing before this Court in CWP No.20238 of 2008 titled 'Jagmohan Lal & others vs. State of Haryana AVIN KUMAR 2018.05.29 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.17237 of 2011 [2] & others' which has been dismissed vide judgment dated January 20, 2017. In this view of the matter, instant petition is also dismissed in terms of decision dated January 20, 2017 rendered by this Court in aforesaid petition. No order as to costs.
