Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate for the complainant. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.3 dated 04.01.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Phul, District Bathinda. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 28.02.2018, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has entered into a compromise with the complainant.

Counsel for the State assisted with counsel for the complainant, has not disputed the fact that the petitioner has entered into a compromise with the complainant and submits that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.02.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
