Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per his instructions the petitioner has not availed of the departmental remedy by preferring an appeal against the impugned order of compulsory retirement. The petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the present writ petition to enable him to avail of the remedy of filing appeal against the impugned order and if he is unsuccessful there, then he may approach the Court again. Dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may approach the Court again for redressal of his grievances, if so advised, as per law after availing of departmental remedy.
