***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.133 dated 17.04.2015 under Sections 15/27-A/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.

Petitioner is incarcerated as he did not appear before the trial court on 13.07.2017. Having come to the conclusion that the petitioner has jumped bail, his bail bonds were cancelled and surety bonds forfeited. He is incarcerated since 13.07.2017. Learned counsel submits that an undertaking shall be furnished before the trial court that petitioner shall not absent in future.

Under the circumstances, it is directed that petitioner be enlarged on bail subject to his furnishing undertaking as aforesaid and stringent conditions to be imposed by the trial court.
