NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) It is conceded position that the alleged detenu, Sandeep Singh @ Sheepa, was got released by the Warrant Officer and, as such, the purpose for which the present writ petition has been filed is over.
Learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.12.2014, the Station House Officer, Police Station, City, Kapurthala, and MHC Gurjeet Singh are present in the Court. He further contends that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, has taken cognizance of the matter and initiated departmental proceedings against MHC PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.02.05 18:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
