NAMIT KUMAR, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in a case bearing FIR No.94 dated 12.04.2023 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal.

Vide order dated 30.05.2023, while granting interim protection, the petitioners were directed to join the investigation. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 30.05.2023, the petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. Counsel for the State has affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their further investigation in the present case, is not required.

In view of the above, interim order dated 30.05.2023 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
