Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ravinder Singh, Police Station,Sultanwind, District Amritsar, submits that on 06.12.2014 the son of the petitioner was arrested in FIR No.341, dated 06.12.2014, under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station, Sultanwind, District Amritsar, and he is in legal custody. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
