It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that the marriage between the parties to the lis, had taken place on 16.01.2020. One son was born from the said wedlock, who is about 3 years old and is in the care and Sonu 2025.01.13 15:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document P&HHC

TA-702-2024 custody of the applicant. Even, the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant, is pending in the Courts at Ambala. The applicant is not having any source of earning and is totally dependent upon her parents. Also, it is submitted that the respondent is a resident of Dubai. In view of the aforesaid fact situation, considering the fact of other litigation already pending in the Courts at Ambala and also considering the position of law about preference to be given to the convenience of the wife in the transfer applications relating to the matrimonial dispute, more particularly considering the fact that the minor child is living with the applicant, the transfer application is allowed and
