(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Charan Singh submits that FIR No. 109 dated 12.08.2015 under Sections 363, 366-A and 376 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences has been registered at Police Station Harike. It is further submitted that the girl has been recovered and Hardeep, who is mentioned as accused in FIR has also been arrested.
