*** FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (ORAL) Ms. Neelam Kumari who has been identified by ASI Sajjan Kumar, Police Station Sector-5, Gurugram as well as Mr. Mohammad Arshad, Advocate for the private respondents, has come present today in the Court along with respondent No.6-Rajesh @ Jodha. On the asking of Court, she has stated that she is major, as she is 24 years old and has passed 10th class and Diploma in JBT and on her own voluntarily, undergone marriage with respondent No.6-Rajesh @ Jodha who is her legally wedded husband with whom she wants to reside for all times. The girl has refuted the stand of the parents that they have a right over her. A request by the counsel for the petitioner has been made to enable the parents to talk with their daughter, but the girl has stoutly refused to oblige.
