(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that notice inviting tender for the work namely construction of four lane Bhagtanwala Bye-pass with Railway under Bridge (RUB) in Amritsar City was issued on 16.11.2021. Petitioner submitted its bid after depositing biding security amount of Rs.78,13,992/- on 24.11.2021. The tender was not opened despite expiry of bid validity period of 90 days.

The grievance of the petitioner is that its security amount has not been returned and the same is required to be refunded with interest.

Precisely for the grievance in question, the petitioner had already served a legal notice upon respondents No.2 and 3. PRINCE SAINI 2022.07.11 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Notice of motion.

At this stage, Mr. Khushagra Mahajan, Advocate appears on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 and submits that legal notice submitted by the petitioner shall be decided within one month in accordance with law.
