(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.95 dated 13.04.2022, registered under Sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Sections 201, 436 and 120-B of the IPC were added later on), at Police Station Radaur, District Yamunanagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 30.05.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 30.05.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
