The undisputed stand of the State and the fact as has been brought to the notice of this Court that it is a pure matrimonial dispute of the petitioner with his alleged wife Suman and in pursuance of the same, she has abandoned her matrimonial home. There is also no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, the same does not calls for any interference by this Court.

Dismissed.
