Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that the petitioner shall submit an application before the authorities for his temporary release within two weeks from receipt of certified copy of this order, which may be directed to be decided by the authorities. Keeping in view the limited prayer made by the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's application, if made within two weeks, and decide the same in accordance with law.
