(Oral) These contempt proceedings were registered against respondents Vijay Kunwar Pal Singh and Gagan Deep Singh vide order dated 14.11.2017 suo-motu by this Court.

We have heard learned counsel for the contemners, who are present before the Court. We find that they have expressed unconditional apology in the reply. Apart from this, we find that they were punished with minor punishment of censure in the matter, by their department.
