Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the official respondents to examine the grievance of the petitioner, as expressed by her in the complaint (Annexure P-14). 2.
Consequent upon issuance of notice on the instant writ petition, the official respondents No.1 to 3 filed the short reply dated 03.07.2023, disclosing therein that, pursuant to the making of complaint by the petitioner, two FIRs have already been registered against the respondent No.5- Harjit Kaur. Not only this, petitioner's possession over the house in question has also been restored. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the disclosures (supra) made in the short reply and submits that, as of now, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, hence he does not want DEVINDER YADAV 2025.03.28 09:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-14391-2022 to press the instant writ petition at this stage. However, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to, in case any grievance out of the present dispute arises in future, approach the competent authority/forum for redressal thereof. 4.
