Notice was issued to the State.

Learned State counsel has filed reply on behalf of the State wherein it has been stated that FIR No. 81 dated 24.7.2013, registered at Police Station Mamdot, under Section 406, 498-A, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at the instance of the petitioner, has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 4.4.2014 on the basis of compromise effected between the parties. Hence, no further interference by this Court is called for.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
