(Oral) It is contended on behalf of private respondents that the couple Tofik son of Unam and the girl Varisha daughter of the petitioner had contracted marriage through Nikah and has placed on record photo copy of the Nikah and the relevant entry in the register of the Maulvi to support that they have married on their own and which fact is duly accepted by the State counsel on instructions from SHO Ashok Kumar, Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present petition and is dismissed as such.
