 !"#  $ Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sulakhan Singh, Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar, has made statement before this Court that as per the police investigations Raj Kumari wife of petitioner Mulakh Raj has left her matrimonial home in the year 2014 of her own and that nothing truthful could be made out from the petitioner's allegations.
