(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction in the nature of habeas corpus to appoint Warrant Officer and to raid the premises of respondent no. 3 or any other place at the instance of petitioner to release the detenues, namely; Wajir Singh son of Major Singh and Avtar Singh son of Piara Singh, from illegal custody of respondents no. 3 to 5. As per report of the Warrant Officer, the alleged detenues were not found in the Police Station. Though, one Harjinder Singh, guarantor was found present in the Police Station, who was called by the police to enquire the matter. In view of the above, no further indulgence of this Court is required and the instant petition is disposed of as such. August 11, 2015 ( R.P.
