(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.238 dated 27.11.204 registered under Sections 326(f), 331(6), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 03.04.2025, arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
